DEARBORN, MI – No charges will be filed in the death of a man who was fatally shot by a police officer after he attempted to open fire inside a police station, authorities said. Ali Naji, 33, of Dearborn, allegedly entered the Dearborn Police Station, 16099 Michigan Ave., around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 18, according to a news release from the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office. It was a day that civilians, including those dropping off Christmas presents for Toys for Tots, had been in and out of the station.
