Dr. Ahmed Bazzi, MD in Dearborn, Michigan

Dr Bazzi himself was very polite and made sure to explain my sons X-ray with me very well so that I understood exactly what he was describing to me. Then after our first appointment, We were sent for a STAT MRI because the X-ray wasn't adequate. After MRI I called to tell Cyrill (I have no idea how to spell her name) that we DID go complete the MRI and blood work be dazzling ordered. She said she would email him. Then she called me several hours later to ask me if we went to do the MRI. I repeated the same thing to her. She then got loud with me saying "I UNDERSTAND YOU DID YHE BLOODOWORK BUT DID YOU DO THE MRI!?" So again..... I told her (but this time I got loud like she did) I specifically called you this morning to tell you we did both the MRI and the bloodwork!" So she then proceeds to ask me a third time if we did the MRI...... so at this point I got quite aggravated. She wouldn't stop talking to let me speak...... so I literally had to yell through the phone "I DID THE TESTS AND NOW WE NEED TO KNOW THE NEXT STEP!! IS THERE SOMEONE ELSE I CAN TALK TO!? and then she says "you're not gonna talk to me any kind of way......" at this point my face was beet red and I couldn't comprehend why it's so difficult for her to tell the doctor, yes. We did the tests!!! So I finally snapped and cursed at her. I yelled (again the only way to make her hear me over her own voice) "we did the MRI!! What the f*%# else do we need to do!?!?" And then she hung up on me. So now it's been one week since dr bazzi told me my 8 year old MAY have cancer and it's "urgent"...... yet I haven't been able to get ANY answers since the MRI. SO AFTER WAITING TWO WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND ANOTHER WEEK FOR ANYONE TO BE HELPFUL, WE ARE NOW ON OUR WAY TO U OF M ANN ARBOR....... NEVER TRUST DMC AGAIN.

Very caring and politehe took great care of my son with his shocking knee injury
